An Associate can surrender his/her business within 30 days of registration under the cooling-off period.
In case of product return during this period:
• The Sales Volume (SV) assigned to the product will be deducted
• This deduction will impact all uplines
• Any earned commission will be recovered
• Applicable taxes (VAT/GST) will also be adjusted before refund
